Passwords and user names are case sensitive. At sign up if you typed your password as 123abc you will need to type it this way each time you login. Typing 123ABC will not work. Double check that your CAPS lock button is not on if you are experiencing problems logging in.

When you joined, If you chose - Username bob and Password Jones

Correct -
Username: bob
Password: Jones Not Correct -
Username: Bob
Password: Jones Not Correct -
Username: bob
Password: jones

Write down your password and user name some where in a safe place.
